• Emails are stored in a password-protected email account
• Documents are stored in secure, password-protected digital storage
• Only I have access to your data
I do not store data longer than necessary.
7. How long I keep your data
• Enquiry information: up to 12 months
• Client records and notes: up to 24 months after the last contact
Data is securely deleted once it is no longer required.
8. Sharing your data
I do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties.
